Vimeo recently opened up live streaming to third party encoders such as mimoLive, which you can now use to stream to Vimeo. As Vimeo doesn't yet offer an API we could use to create the live stream directly from within mimoLive, you have to use the Custom RTMP Server Live Streaming Output Destination.
